    • Here at Quick Mobile Fix we pride ourselves on a speedy and efficient service. Most repairs are carried out within 24 - 48 hours upon receiving your device; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. Some repairs such as the liquid damage repair service, motherboard related repairs and software repairs may take longer. If there is a delay for any reason, you can track your order and we will keep you fully informed.
    • We highly recommend you back up your device and reset it back to the original factory settings to ensure your data is safe and protected. This also ensure we can fully test the device after repair without compromising your privacy. Also please remove any pins and passwords, as this will slow down our repair service, if we need to obtain pass codes.
    • Once you have selected your repair and paid, we will send you a confirmation email, this will include your unique free postage label. Please print this out and stick on a well protected box or envelope and take to any post office.
    • All payments are made upfront during the booking process.

    • That's fine, we have an affordable rental phone service you can use, so you will never be phoneless using our service!
    • We do have an option where we can send you protective packaging and a tracked label, this costs an additional £4.99.
    • In some circumstances we ask our customers to send in pictures of their device, this is usually to assess the damages on the device.
    • This means when your device arrived with us for some reason we could not test it, this could be for a number of reasons, such as, it is protected by a password which has not been supplied to us or the LCD is damaged so we can't see the screen properly to test.
    • This simply means nothing has changed since the last update, your device will usually be with a technician or awaiting parts. You can of course get in touch with us for more information if preferred by chatting using our online chat or by emailing customersupport@quickmobilefix.com.
    • This can be found by checking your order confirmation email which was sent to your inbox after you placed the order.
    • This does not cover all repairs, such as water / liquid damage and diagnostic. However, each case will be individually considered and a full refund will be handed out based on our discretion.
    • Liquid Damage repairs can take up to 7 - 14 days.
    • Any Motherboard related repairs can take up to 7 - 14 days.
    • Any Software related repairs can take up to 7 - 14 days.
    • When we carry out a repair on a waterproof device that involves opening and closing the device we cannot guarantee that your device will be 100% waterproof after the repair process has been completed.
    • Our trained testers and technicians always test the device on arrival and before it is dispatched. We test many different aspects of the device, including the buttons, vibration, sound, cameras, charging port, Wifi, speakers, signal, front screen, LCD display, power settings and much more, to ensure we don't miss any faults and provide the best service possible.
    • If you wish to cancel your repair, you must do this before you send the device, and your order will be fully refundable. Once we have received the device and depending on the repairs that need to be carried out, we may not be able to cancel, however, if we can, an additional postage charge shall be deducted from your repair cost.

    • At Quick Mobile Fix we will not repair any device that has been bricked, blocked or jail-broken. The device will be sent back and the customer will be refunded, however, if it was sent in for a diagnostic or liquid damage this will not be refunded.
    • There is a 12 month warranty on most repairs. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further details as some repairs such as liquid damage do not include a warranty.
    • The Warranty supplied with the refurbished mobile phones does not cover accidental damage but will cover manufacturing faults.
    • Battery related repairs come with 3 months warranty.
    • Yes the warranty you have with Quick Mobile Fix will become void.

    • At Quick Mobile Fix, we have a very intelligent fraud detection system. To protect both ourselves and our customers if any order flags up with fraudulent activity we do ask the customer to provide additional information to validate the order.

    • No. If you choose to go ahead with the additional repair, once we receive payment, your mobile device will be passed back to our technicians to continue work, if you choose to decline the additional repair, we will stop work and send the mobile device back as it is.     • Customers get a 14 day money back guarantee and all phones sold come with a warranty, this varys depending on the model.
    • No, our store is just for walk in customers who require a repair.
    • We usually dispatch refurbished mobile device orders within 7 - 10 working days, however, this may depend on stock levels and other circumstances. If for any reason there is a delay you will be informed by a member of our customer service team.

    • If you'd like to return your device for a refund, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the  Consumer law. 

      It is important to note that when returning your device, you should ensure your device is packaged securel. After we receive your device, it is examined by our returns team who will email you for your refund. Please only contact us on customersupport@quickmobilefix.com if you do not receive this email.

      If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact customersupport@quickmobilefix.com where our team will get back to you within 24hrs. Once your cancellation request is acknowledged you will be emailed information about your refund. Please only contact us on customersupport@quickmobilefix.com if you do not receive this email.

    • We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, if for any reason you feel we are not responding to your email, please chat with us using our online chat (Mon - Fri 9 am - 4 pm) or talk to us on live chat, which is usually live throughout the working day. For BT email users please ensure that your settings allow emails through from gmail accounts as they may be blocked otherwise.     • Your device will be returned free of charge and packaged in a specially designed box to ensure your device is protected during the journey. You will also be able to track your order throughout the whole process. Our free delivery policy only applies to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Other overseas locations are not cover and may incur additional charges.
    • No, doing this may delay the service, we strongly advice you take the parcel to your local Post Office and get a receipt and tracking number.
    • If you have selected to use our free post service and have received our free post label, you do not need to pay anything. If for any reason they do try and charge you, please contact us straight away using our online chat during work hours or email us at customersupport@quickmobilefix.com.
